The role is responsible for implementing AI, automation, and data analytics solutions to improve business efficiency, decision-making, and reporting while ensuring accuracy and secure AI usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify AI and automation opportunities across business functions and maintain AI use-case tracking.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows, reports, dashboards, templates, and analytical solutions.
• Analyze business data to support forecasting, performance monitoring, cost analysis, and decision-making.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and management reports.
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure AI-generated outputs are accurate and traceable.
• Develop prompt libraries, AI templates, and workflow documentation.
• Support AI tool adoption through user training and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with IT and business teams for AI integrations, security, and process improvements.
• Monitor AI solutions, measure benefits, and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in AI, data analytics, business analysis, automation, or digital transformation.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools, prompt engineering, dashboards, and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel, data analysis, and reporting.
• Experience with SQL, Python, Power Automate, APIs, or automation tools is preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, finance, or operational analytics is an advantage.
