We are seeking a skilled Leather Goods Supervisor to oversee the production of premium leather products and ensure that every piece meets our high-quality craftsmanship standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in leather materials, stitching techniques, and finishing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all stages of leather goods production.
• Conduct detailed quality checks to identify and correct defects.
• Train and guide team members on quality control methods and best practices.
• Organize regular workshops and skill assessments to enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, rework, and production performance.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as defect rates, rework percentages, and training completion.

• Strong knowledge of leather materials, stitching methods, and finishing standards.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring efficient communication, scheduling, documentation, and coordination between departments. Acts as a key support to the CEO in handling confidential matters and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle correspondence, reports, and official communications.
• Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
• Maintain confidentiality of all executive matters.
• Support in organizing company events, visits, and official engagements.
• Track key projects and provide regular updates to the CEO.
• Assist in administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• UAE National (Male) with 3–5 years of experience in executive or office management roles.
• Strong communication and coordination skills in Arabic and English.
• Proficient in MS Office and business correspondence.
• Professional, discreet, and organized with attention to detail.

 

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop leather products such as sandals, shoes, bags, wallets, and accessories.
• Create sketches, technical drawings, and prototypes for production.
• Collaborate with the tannery and production teams for material selection and testing.
• Research fashion trends and develop new sustainable design concepts.
• Ensure all designs align with Al Khaznah Leathers’ brand identity.
• Review samples for quality, fit, and finish before final production.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, Industrial Design, or Leather Technology.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in leather product design (footwear, bags, or accessories).
• Strong understanding of leather types, particularly camel leather, and tanning processes.
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or Rhino/AutoCAD.
• Experience in pattern development, prototyping, and product visualization.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and eco-friendly materials is an advantage.
