Job Summary:

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the CEO’s office, ensuring efficient communication, scheduling, documentation, and coordination between departments. Acts as a key support to the CEO in handling confidential matters and ensuring smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, appointments, and meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, reports, and official communications.
  • Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all executive matters.
  • Support in organizing company events, visits, and official engagements.
  • Track key projects and provide regular updates to the CEO.
  • Assist in administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • UAE National (Male) with 3–5 years of experience in executive or office management roles.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office and business correspondence.
  • Professional, discreet, and organized with attention to detail.
