Responsible for operating PU injection molding machines to produce footwear soles according to production requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate PU injection molding machines as per production plans and process instructions.
• Set and adjust molds, temperature, and machine parameters.
• Monitor PU mixing and injection processes during production.
• Perform basic quality checks and identify sole defects.
• Report machine issues, process deviations, and quality concerns.
• Maintain production records, material usage, and machine settings.
• Follow safe handling procedures for PU materials and chemicals.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Support basic machine cleaning and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with production team members for smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training is an advantage.
• 2–4 years of experience operating injection molding or similar production machines.
• Experience in footwear sole production is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of PU materials, mold setup, and machine adjustments.
• Ability to identify common production defects.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or shift-based environment.
